Managing Outrage Using Online Tools: Webinar

Matthew Crozier

Matthew Crozier

Matthew is a founding director and CEO of Bang the Table.

Today we presented a webinar with our good friends at ELGL (Engaging Local Government Leaders)
about managing outrage using online tools.

Online engagement of your community can be used to both manage and prevent outrage and yet so many cities appear to be fearful about using this effective management tool.  This has a lot to do with perceptions of risk which are based more on social media than carefully applied online engagement tools.

The webinar sets out to explain how you should be thinking about using online tools to avoid and manage outrage.

We’ve put a copy of the slides to the webinar below. ELGL members can access the webinar here.
