Our presenters

Joe Waller - Engagement Manager


If you believe that community should be involved in decisions impacting their lives and shaping their environment, then you’re on the same page. With a background in social research and evaluation, Joe has been involved with behaviour change programs across Australia and New Zealand.  Working with Bang the Table, Joe is at the intersection of engagement practice and technology to help organisations design and facilitate approaches to online engagement across Australia and New Zealand.

Ray joined Bang the Table in 2009 at a time when online community engagement was a twinkle in the eye with great potential. Over the intervening years, Ray has introduced many of Bang the Table's clients from large to small organisations to online engagement, sharing his passion for authentic engagement in which communities and stakeholders feel like they are part of something and not just spectators.


With a background in economics, business development and the performing arts, Ray brings of wealth of experiences to his work both within Bang the Table and with our clients across Australia.
