4I like the removal of development standards for industrial development as we do not need red tape putting off potential investors. Most companies will want to develop high quality premesis anyway. I think puttng the standards in DCP gives council more flexibility when dealing with investors?
I am interested in the Strategy behind the release of industrial land. I would like to see that we have enough supply and to understand how this has been forecast. Is there a strategy document you could add to the library?
Also I only found this site accidentally when doing a google search - I think it should be better publicised.

2With the inclusion of the Moss Vale Enterprise Corridor along Berrima Road and Douglas Road out to Blue Circle under the LEP, there is a yield of some 600 hectares of potential employment land. There is also potential to extend the area in the future if the need should arise.
The State Government's Sydney to Canberra Corridor Strategy which was exhibited late last year establishes the future needs of certain land uses across the region to cater for population, employment and business growth for the next 25 years.
