Our Action Plan includes the development of a Professional Development Program for career path planning including the development of Emotional Intelligence. Would you like to see women only training for the development of any specific skills? If so what skills?

I personally dont think any generic skill development should be for women only. Skills are skills.

I don't think the issue is training. The issue is the attitude of older workers, male and female, who believe men are better leaders and strong women are cows. I do however support quotas, not to favour women specifically but to try to ensure as many women receive the training as men.
