7interesting. i did not see this video offer an alternative. if you want to put out this message, you need to make it clear what that alternative is. i saw a subtle greens message. always remember.. no problems.. only solutions. what is the newDemocracy solution?

9I've had a look at the New Democracy site Greenade and I reckon that they want people using this site to help find a solution. I like that approach its less arrogant than we usually get from people peddaling agendas.

2Well, if that's the case, fantastic. but have to say.. where is the point where people agree to the extent that policy is formed? i also thought that the nDF was a political party, and after reading further, realise it is a movement to make people think and re-engage with political process. that's very good in itself. also though, people will always peddle their own agendas, i guess the challenge is to find out what the long term goals of those agendas are. not all of them are bad for the world. i am happy to support agendas that are peddled for the greater good of this earth.

2What the...........? I have no idea what this is getting at - sure there are problems with the system but what do you propose?? We have a system that plays to th elowest common denomenator (racism and greed) because that is unfortunately what people want. The idea that you cure this by giving the people more say is silly. What we need is strong leadership that gives less of a stuff about the people in the marginal seats

5That's just awful fullobeans. Your view of people is bitter and plain wrong. I agree with the need for strong leadership but this is not because people are bad. People are inherently good. Leadership helps them remember that.

2agree with salvo here. people don't always have the full story before they make decisions. this doesn't make them dumb or uncaring, just ill-informed.. and some people in power like it that way.. as it furthers their own agendas through mass ignorance.

3Its about time a group started to champion the case for constitutional reform. We are so smug in our democratic system but it doesnt actually work and is not real democracy. Keep up the good work. I would like to see some proposals to discuss though
