Both open space and some of the existing large buildings, which should be retained for community use by Rivett residents of all ages.

The best way to preserve these features is to retain them and encourage residents in the neigbourhood to use them e.g. communal gardens, community hall/ meeting rooms.

Older residents care nearby would appreciate being able to access such facilities close to where they live.

If more young families are moving into the area and there is once again unmet demand for creche/ school/ facilities for young people, the buildings would be there to be reused for these needs.
